BRC Fashion Committee

The Brisbane Racing Club Fashion Committee was established back in 2014 as an initiative to maintain and improve the running of Brisbane Racing Club’s fashion events. Since then, the BRC has continued to evolve its Fashions on the Field and non-racing fashion events to see them become highly anticipated events on Brisbane Fashion-Lovers’ social calendars.

The committee comprises of volunteers identified as being a key influence in fashion and racing in Brisbane who are passionate about fashion, racing, and building relationships with like-minded people around Brisbane.

The BRC Fashion Committee continues to assist the Brisbane Racing Club in raising the fashion profile of the BRC’s Fashions on the Field events.

The Brisbane Racing club is proud to introduce the talented volunteers of the 2017/2018 Fashion Committee.

Meredith McMaster

Owner of Meredith McMaster Millinery

“I began my millinery journey some 15 years ago just as a hobby and completed my Cert 4 through TAFE. Deciding that millinery was more than a hobby I furthered my education by attending forums, workshops and intensive classes with ‘millinery greats’ both from Australia and overseas. I had been working in sales and marketing at Proctor & Gamble for some 20 years when I made the decision to leave that and pursue millinery full-time… that was 9 years ago and I am so glad I made that decision.

I love fashion and really enjoy being part of the BRC Fashion Committee and the Fashions on the Field component of racing.”
