Membership Frequently Asked Questions

 

What is a Digital Membership?

A Digital Membership offers all the benefits of a standard Membership package, except you won’t receive a physical Membership pack in the mail. Instead, you’ll receive a welcome email containing all the details of your Digital Membership, including a downloadable Digital Membership Card for your smartphones wallet. Please note to access the Member Only Bars, you will be required to show your Membership Card through your Wallet on your phone, screenshots or saved images of your Membership Card will not be allowed.

What happens once I purchase a Membership?

After completing your purchase, you will be prompted to activate your Membership. Please follow the instructions provided. If you are renewing your Membership from last season, please have your previous Membership Card ready as you will be asked to insert your Ticket ID (starts with # and ends with a $). If you don’t have access to your previous Membership Card, please contact our Membership Team, and they will gladly assist you. Please note that you also need to activate any Guest Cards you have purchased. Once your Memberships are activated, you will receive a welcome email with all the details of your Membership within 48 hours.

When can I use my free Member Reserve Guest Tickets?

Your complimentary Member Reserve Guest Tickets can be used on all Racedays except during Stradbroke Season and Tattersall’s Racedays. You can find our full racing calendar here

How do I book Member Packages?

Limited tables are available for reservation by Members on each Saturday Raceday. To book, visit our website and go to the Raceday and Events Calendar. There, you’ll find a list of all Racedays. Choose the Raceday you are interested in and follow the prompts to make your reservation.Please see our Moshtix Guide click here

What if I lose my Membership Card?

If you lose your Membership Card, please contact the Membership Team via email or phone, and we’ll be able to assist (fees may apply).

What are the conditions for the Members Reserve Area?

Brisbane Racing Club Members are reminded of the Raceday etiquette in the Members Reserve. Members are politely requested to adhere to the following conditions to ensure the comfort and consideration of all patrons:
  • No reserving seats or tables in the Members Reserve by the way of displaying jackets, bags, etc
  • No 'Reserved' signage on tables outside of BRC issued signage.
  • No food or beverages that have been purchased outside of BRC premises are to be consumed in the Members Reserve excluding special dietary requests. Any special requests need to be advised to the Membership team 72 hours prior to a Raceday

How are Member Rewards Credits and Discounts working this year?

All Member credits will be issued to your 2023/2024 Membership Card. Simply scan your card at any Food and Beverage outlet in the Member Reserve areas to redeem your credits and enjoy the Member discounts. To check your balance please see our friendly Membership Team at the Membership Kiosk on any Saturday Raceday.

What Reciprocal Rights are available to Members?

We have reciprocal arrangements with several Clubs throughout Australia. To view the participating clubs and their requirements please click here.

How do I download my 2 complimentary tickets for Member Rewards Days?

To download your complimentary tickets for Member Rewards Day, visit our website and go to the Raceday and Events Calendar. The Member Rewards Day are scheduled for the following dates:
  • 7 October, 2023
  • 24 February, 2024
  • 4 May, 2024
  • 13 July, 2024

What entitlements does a Guest Card offer?

A Member can hold a total of 3 Guest Cards per Membership, allowing them to bring guests to all Raceday’s including Major Carnivals. Guest Cards are fully transferable to any guest of the Member, but the Member must be present. Please note that the Member Guest Card does not grant access to the Member Only Bars, such as Derby Bar at Eagle Farm Racecourse and Bernborough Bar at Doomben Racecourse.

Where are the Member Bars located and who can access?

  • Eagle Farm Racecourse – Derby Bar (located on the lower level of the Members Stand)
  • Doomben Racecourse – Bernborough Bar (located on level one of the Member Grandstand and accessible via an elevator or stairs)
  • The Member Bars are exclusive to our Full Members including VIP’s. Member Guest card holders are permitted to enter the Member Bars.

What are the upcoming races I can attend as a Member?

You can find our full racing calendar here. As a Brisbane Racing Club Member, you can attend all racedays, including Stradbroke and Spring Carnival Seasons.
