The fastest and easiest way to get to the races is by public transport.

Travelling By Train

For Doomben & Eagle Farm racecourses, catch the train by taking the Doomben line from any CBD railway station or change services at Eagle Junction for the Doomben line.

Doomben: Doomben railway station is located a five-minute walk to the racecourse.

Eagle Farm: Ascot railway station is situated beside Eagle Farm Racecourse and provides direct access off the platform into the racecourse.

Deagon: Catch the Cleveland via Brisbane City to Shorncliffe line from Central Station. Deagon Station is five minutes away from the racecourse by foot.


Travelling By Bus

Doomben: Catch route 301 from Adelaide Street, City to Doomben Racecourse.

Eagle Farm: Catch route 300 or 301 from Adelaide Street, City to Eagle Farm Racecourse.

Deagon: Catch route 315 or 310 from Queen Street, City to Deagon Racecourse.


Travelling by Taxi

Taxis are available from both Eagle Farm, Doomben and Deagon racecourses at the conclusion of each event.


Car parking

Brisbane Racing Club Members

All BRC Member car parking is free.

Doomben: Brisbane Racing Club Member car parking is available via Gate 5 (Hampden Street) Doomben Racecourse. Alternatively parking is also available on the infield for Members via Gate 2 (Nudgee Road). Disabled parking is located within the Gate 5 car park (vehicles must display a valid accessible parking permit).

Eagle Farm: Brisbane Racing Club Member car parking is available on the corner of Lancaster Road and Magill Avenue. Disabled parking is accessible off Lancaster Road, via McGill Avenue (vehicles must display a valid accessible parking permit).  

The new infield carpark will be officially opened for use on the Darley Kingsford Smith Cup Day, Saturday, 27 May 2017. This will be a Members' only carpark for the 2017 Channel Seven Brisbane Racing Carnival.

General Public

All car parking is free.

Doomben: Public car parking is available via Gate 2 on Nudgee Road at Doomben Racecourse. Disabled parking is located within the Gate 5 car park (vehicles must display a valid accessible parking permit).

Eagle Farm: Enter the public car park off either Nudgee Road or Lancaster Road. Disabled parking is accessible off Lancaster Road, via McGill Avenue (vehicles must display a valid accessible parking permit).
