Enquine Athletes Not the only Sprinters at the Track: Stiletto Run on Oct 2nd
Horses won’t be the only ones racing when Brisbane’s shoe addicts participate in the State’s first ever Stiletto Run at Eagle Farm Racecourse on Saturday, October 2nd.
More of a sprint than a staying race, Brisbane’s Inaugural Stiletto Run will be an 80 metre dash for cash with the winner collecting $5000 and five runners up each receiving a pair of designer shoes from Izabel + Sebastian. The Stiletto Run will make a dazzling addition to the action-packed live horse racing programme.
Entry to the Stiletto Run costs $25 and includes admission to the races on the day of the run as well as a donation to SCTNow, a charity committed to stopping child trafficking. Contestants can register online via the Brisbane Racing Club website or at the track on the morning of the big event and each entrant will receive a cute Stiletto Run t-shirt and goodie bag.
Off the track, highlights will include a live DJ, free foot massages in the Thai Foot Spa, makeup touch ups in the Runway Express Pamper Parlour and cosmopolitans at the cocktail bar. The Myer Fashions on the Field competition is sure to attract a stellar lineup of fashionistas too, with prizes including a nine day trip to Melbourne up for grabs.
Tickets to enjoy all that the Coca-Cola Amatil Fashion Race Day has to offer are just $15 or, $25 including Stiletto Run registration.
