Picnic Package - $60.00 per person
(min 2 guests, max 40 guests)

• Racecourse Admission
• Reserved garden seating on The Fountain Lawn at Eagle Farm Racecourse or The Public Lawn at Doomben Racecourse
• Gourmet Lunch Platters (delivered to your group by 12:30pm)
• 1 x Beverage voucher (glass of beer, wine or bubbly)
Cocktail Package - $55.00 per person
(min 10 guests, max 40 guests)

• Racecourse Admission
• Reserved Area in either the Moreton Bar or Public Lawn at Eagle Farm Racecourse or the Public Lawn at Doomben Racecourse
• Lunch Platters (First platter delivered to your group by 12:30pm)

• Racebook (1 for every 2 guests)

Saturday Raceday Members Group Package
(minimum 4 guests, maximum 40 guests)

• Reserved table in the Champagne Bar (Eagle Farm Racecourse) or
the Champions Bar (Doomben Racecourse)
• Canapé Menu
• TAB (tote) facilities and bookmakers located nearby
• Fantastic views of the Mounting Enclosure and Winning Post
• Plasma screens screens for race viewing
Members’ Reserve Dress Standard
Men: Collared shirt tucked, tailored trousers, covered dress shoes PLUS either a tie or a tailored suitstyle jacket or blazer
Ladies: Smart Racewear, No Denim
Midweek Dining Package
(Minimum 25 guests)
$35 per person
Includes:
• Reserved table in the Vice Regal/Guineas Dining Room (Eagle Farm Racecourse) or Doomben 10,000 Room/Falvelon Bar interior (Doomben Racecourse)
• Lunch menu including Roast of the Day and Dessert
• Tea and Coffee stations
• TAB (tote) facilities and bookmakers located nearby
• Plasma screens screens for race viewing
