The Lord of the Rings - The Two Towers

Following a sell-out screening of The Fellowship Of The Ring in September, this event is back by popular demand! Hobbits, elves, wizards and dwarves will again flock to Bag End to watch their favourite movie on the BIGGEST screen in the Southern Hemisphere! 

Keep your lembas bread, PO-TA-TOES and miruvor at home – The Prancing Pony has got more than enough for the party with popcorn, drinks and snacks to enjoy. There is also a LOTR themed cocktail that will be available on the night - The Modor is a delicious raspberry & orange codka blend.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early; so arrive from 5:30pm to secure yourself the best spot in Mordor. One does not simply walk into this screening, tickets are available from $15.

About the Movie:

Yes! We're showing the extended version! The sequel to the Golden Globe-nominated and AFI Award-winning "The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring," "The Two Towers" follows the continuing quest of Frodo (Elijah Wood) and the Fellowship to destroy the One Ring. Frodo and Sam (Sean Astin) discover they are being followed by the mysterious Gollum. Aragorn (Viggo Mortensen), the Elf archer Legolas and Gimli the Dwarf encounter the besieged Rohan kingdom, whose once great King Theoden has fallen under Saruman's deadly spell.
