Your lunch host, BRC racing authority and resident tipster Bart Sinclair, will be joined by KTC racing luminaries and also special guest speaker, the legendary Fred Brophy OAM.
A Queensland and Australian outback icon and fourth-generation showman, Fred Brophy knows his way around a ring – a boxing ring that is. Inducted into the Queensland Boxing Hall of Fame in 2009, he is the only remaining boxing tent promoter in the world. His eponymous boxing troupe tours the state and is a regular attraction at the Birdsville Races, becoming almost as much of an event icon as the horse racing.
Join us for an engaging sporting session and enjoy a two-course lunch, with cheese platters and a four-hour beverage package.
