Racecourse Village Wins 2019 Qld Retail Property Award

Racecourse Village Shopping Centre has won the Excellence in Presentation Award at the 2019 Property Council of Australia's Qld Retail Property of the Year Awards.

On Friday 23 August, representatives from some of Queensland’s newest and most coveted buildings attended the awards night where the announcement was made. 

The Excellence in Presentation Award recognised the centre's exceptional commitment to the highest standards of maintenance, cleaning and customer experience.

Racecourse Village Shopping Centre boasts a state of the art Woolworths supermarket and 17 specialty shops including a pharmacy, gym, services and restaurants with al fresco dining areas. 

The Brisbane Racing Club is honoured to be acknowledged within the property industry as it continues to deliver exceptional outcomes through its $1.2 billion Master Plan. 

The Master Plan has been taking shape over the past few years with the 2018 opening of Ascot House – the first residential tower in the Ascot Green development – and 2017’s opening of Ascot Childcare and Kindy on Lancaster Road. 

LendLease’s retirement and aged care facility at Doomben, Bernborough Ascot, commenced construction of stage one in January this year and is planned for completion mid 2020.
