Enjoy a day out at Eagle Farm Racecourse in the Private Suites. Whether it's a team outing, a client event or a get-together with friends, our Private Suites provide the perfect setting to entertain guests with 5-star corporate hospitality, relaxed furnishings and incomparable views of the entire racecourse. 

Our Private Suites offer configurations for between 20-40 guests where you can enjoy private, air-conditioned comfort with a host taking care of anything you need. Guests will receive racebooks and pens with tote facilities located just outside the suite, impeccable views and TVs so you won't miss a minute of the action.

With a fresh seasonal menu of canapes created by Head Chef John Felesina, and the option to tailor your menu or upgrade items, you can pull together a premium raceday experience for guests with all of the planning taken care of by our BRC Sales Team!

Package Inclusions:

  • Racecourse admission and access to the Private Suite level of the Members' Reserve Grandstand
  • Uninterrupted 180 degree views of the racecourse and Winning Post with TV's within the suite for interstate races 
  • A Seasonal Canape package is included, with the option to tailor your menu or upgrade to a premium package at an extra cost
  • Private bar within suite with the option to choose between a beverage package, bar tab or cash bar. Your private host will arrange this for you
  • Option to play live race feed or music within suite
  • Air-conditioned private space with cocktail-style seating, self-service TAB terminal within suite, branded signage at entry to suite, racebooks and pens for all guests

Please note beverages are not included in the above pricing. Beverages can be purchased at an additional cost via a Beverage Package, Bar Tab or Cash Bar. The Raceday Sales Team will provide options upon booking. Private Suite Food Menu is compulsory for all bookings.Ticket Price does not include Delivery or Collection Fees. All ticket prices include GST. Please note all bookings have a no refund policy. Private Suites 1,2 and 3 can be accessed via the Members' Grandstand. Wheelchair access is via the ramp at the back of the Members Grandstand. Private Suites 4,5 and 6 can be accessed via the Members Grandstand. Wheelchair access is not accessible into this space.
