Lexus UX Weekend Experience Terms & Conditions (Best Dressed Female & Best Dressed Male):

a. The date of the vehicle loan will be determined in discussion with the winner. The winner may choose any weekend (Friday pm to Monday am) prior to 30 September.
b. Vehicle must be collected and returned to Lexus of Brisbane, 582 Moggill Road, Indooroopilly, QLD 4068, Tel: 07 3317 1777 (Emer Pointon).
c. Vehicle loan must be redeemed before 30th September 2019.
d. The winner will be loaned the vehicle solely for the purpose of this competition and must sign a Lexus indemnity form before loan.
e. The winner must not drive the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or while their blood level alcohol level is in excess of that prescribed by the relevant legislation of the state or territory in which the vehicle is being driven. 
f. The winner will comply with all relevant traffic laws and regulations, and in the event that fines or penalties are imposed as a result of any breach of such laws and regulations, that they will be responsible for all fines and penalties that are imposed in relation to the vehicle or the use of it whilst it is in their care, custody and control.
g. Any fines, toll notices or penalties imposed by a relevant authority which relate to the mechanical condition of the vehicle are excluded from this condition and are the sole responsibility of the driver. 
h. If the vehicle is the subject of an accident, then the winner must pay, at Lexus Australia’s discretion:
i. an insurance excess of $750.00 for each insurance claim made; or
ii. $750.00 towards the cost of repair if no insurance claim is made
i. The winner must not allow any other to drive the vehicle, except in the case of an emergency. 
j. The winner must indemnify, and continue to indemnify, the Lexus Australia’s, its officers, directors, employees, contractors and related bodies corporate, for all losses, expenses, claims and damages (including legal costs) arising out of or in connection with any breach of these terms and conditions by the winner.
k. The winner will use the vehicle in a prudent manner so as to ensure the safety of the general public and protect the vehicle from any damage
l. All vehicle expenses such as fuel will be at the cost of the winner. 
m. Lexus Australia reserves the right to pick the colour and variant.
n. The winner must hold a full drivers license. 
o. The winner must be a minimum of 18 years old.
