Take a break from the office with a relaxed day out at Doomben Racecourse.

Located on Level 3 of the Public Grandstand, a Private Suite offers the perfect 5-star exclusive setting to entertain parties of up to 40 guests. 

Each Private Suite offers panoramic views of the racecourse, air-conditioned comfort and dedicated wait staff to deliver your bespoke experience. Under the tutelage of Executive Chef John Felesina, our chefs will deliver a fresh seasonal menu of canapes.

Private Suite Capacities

Private Suite 1: 20 to 40 guests
Private Suite 2: Up to 10 guests
Private Suite 3: 20 to 30 guests
Private Suite 4: 20 to 25 guests
Private Suite 5: Up to 10 guests
Private Suite 6: 20 to 25 guests
Private Suite 7: 20 to 25 guests
Private Suite 8: 20 to 30 guests

*Please note Beverages are not included in the above pricing. Beverages can be added at an additional cost via a Beverage Package, Bar Tab or Cash Bar. Please note it is compulsory for all bookings to have the Private Suite Menu. Please note all Beverages and Menus are subject to change. Please note if a Gold or MOET & CHANDON Platinum Package is added to a booking it is a requirement a Menu upgrade is added. If a Spirit or Cocktail Upgrade Packages is added to a booking it is a requirement a Menu upgrade is added. Please use as a guide only. Please note all bookings have a no refund policy. Please note Balloons are strictly prohibited on course Please note race times are subject to change and gate opening times and function start times can be confirmed in the lead up to the Raceday. Please note a minimum of 50 guests across all Private Suites required for a Tote Operator.

Please note transaction fees will apply on all purchases. Please note ticketing is not required for this Raceday. Please see the Supervisor on arrival to be taken to your table. All ticket prices displayed for this event are subject to change at any time without notice. All ticket prices include GST. Please note balloons are not permitted anywhere on course. Please note if you have a dietary requirement, every effort will be made to accommodate this. All care is taken when preparing dietary requests. As our kitchens are fresh cook, there may be traces of lactose, gluten, nuts, tree nuts, seafood, shell fish and egg products.
