*Beverages are not included and can be added via Beverage Package, Bar Tab or Cash Bar. Transaction fees apply. A Private Suite Menu is compulsory for all bookings. Spirit or Cocktail Upgrades require a menu upgrade, and Spirit Upgrades are only available with Silver or Gold Beverage Packages. Menus and beverages are subject to change and are for guide purposes only.

All bookings are non-refundable. Balloons are strictly prohibited. Private Suites are accessed via stairs and are not wheelchair accessible; please contact the Sales Team regarding mobility requirements.
Final function opening times will be confirmed in the week of the raceday once race times are released by Racing Queensland. Current times are a guide only.
