Just in time for Christmas, we have received the good news that the TAB Doomben 10,000 will increase in prizemoney to $1 million next year. This announcement ends a very positive year for the Brisbane Racing Club, marking 12 months since we returned to the new Eagle Farm racing surface.

A new-look TAB Queensland Racing Carnival will be staged in 2020 with the introduction of the $2.25 million Future Champions Series. Staged at the Brisbane Racing Club, the Future Champions Series for two-year-olds will include G2 Champagne Stakes, G2 Sires’ Stakes & G1 JJ Atkins.

Brisbane Racing Club together with the Brisbane City Council officially launched the new Ascot Park on Sunday 3 November. The site used to be a car park and has now transformed in to a space for a variety of uses with more to see and do in a clean and green Brisbane, including walking, playing, picnicking and even small concerts.
