Celebrate the beginning of the 2020 Brisbane Spring Racing Carnival presented by Lexus at a luxurious evening in the leafy surrounds of the heritage-listed Eagle Farm Racecourse.

This exclusive event for BRC Members and Guests includes three hours of free-flowing beverages and a premium seasonal two-course menu prepared under the tutelage of Executive Chef John Felesina. 

Guests will be treated to a very special performance by mezzo-soprano singer Xenia Puskarz Thomas, who is the recipient of the prestigious Lady Fairfax New York Scholarship and will soon relocate to New York to study at the Metropolitan Opera and Juilliard. 

Under the sparkling festoon lights in the Parade Ring, this is the perfect setting to reconnect with fellow Members and reignite your social calendar in 2020!

  • Three hour beverage package including Chandon sparkling, local and imported beer, Australian wine, and soft drink (6:30pm - 9:30pm)

Pan seared local Barramundi on a chive, dill frond, baby pea risotto, white tomato beurre blanc, crowned w pea tendrils (gf)
Centre cut, clover fed yearling tenderloin, horseradish Paris mash, assorted mushroom n’ truffle ragout, charred asparagus, blistered tomato, pork bone broth jus (gf)
