There’s nothing as exhilarating as watching thoroughbreds thunder down the straight towards you, cross the finish line and then sweep past at full gallop.
In this elegantly appointed marquee, you are treated to a premium culinary experience today that encompasses the bright flavours of the Mediterranean.
The array of salumeria, prosciutto, pancetta dolce and other charcuturie that greets your arrival sets the scene for what’s in store. Throughout the day, graze through our premium seasonal buffet that includes chilled and hot seafood, lamb cutlets paired with Sicilian market garden vegetables, gnocchetti with slow-cooked, pasture-fed beef and more.
Finish with farmhouse cheeses or a delicious dessert from our pastry kitchen, such as cannoli or silken Gianduja mousse.
Rounding out this epicurean experience is a 5-hour Gold Beverage Package with specially selected wines enhancing the seasonal flavours on show.
