The exquisitely decorated St Leger Marquee hosts an all-inclusive and exceptional culinary experience today that befits this grand finale raceday, the jewel in the crown of The Star Stradbroke Season.
The Stradbroke Day Long Lunch is a fine dining feast for the senses. Guests will enjoy a lavish Seafood Extravaganza that includes succulent Pacific oysters, Noosa prawn tails, Moreton Bay bugs, smoked and chilled salmon, marinated calamari, sesame-crusted tuna, and seared saltwater barramundi.
Tastes of the land also star in our sumptuous buffet spread, with lamb cutlets, barbecued pork belly and slow-cooked, pasture-fed beef enveloped in gnocchetti pillows among the delicious dishes on the menu.
The perfect finish is an indulgent selection of tempting tortes, tartlets, gateaux, choux pastry and more plus gourmet farmhouse cheeses and seasonal Queensland fruits.
