Members’ Reserve Etiquette

Brisbane Racing Club Members are reminded of the raceday etiquette in the Members' Reserve. Members are politely requested to adhere to the following conditions to ensure the comfort and consideration of all patrons:
  • No reserving seats or tables in the Members' Reserve by the way of displaying jackets, bags, etc
  • No 'Reserved' signage outside of BRC issued signage
  • No food or beverages that have been purchased outside of BRC premises are to be consumed in the Members' Reserve
Brisbane Racing Club staff reserve the right to remove any unwarranted items that breach these conditions. Brisbane Racing Club staff have the full support of the CEO, Chairman and Board in these matters.

Members’ Reserve Dress Codes

Brisbane Racing Club Members have a tradition of dressing smartly and appropriately in keeping with contemporary racing style. To avoid inconvenience on raceday, please ensure that your attire, and that of your guests, is appropriate for the Members’ Reserve at both Eagle Farm & Doomben Racecourses. Guest Badges

Full Members, Young Members, Perpetual Members, 35+ Year Service Members and QBC Members have the ability to purchase up to 3 Guest Badge/s for the Membership Year. Guest Badges are $200 each and are valid from the date of purchase till the end of the membership year.

Gate Opening Times

The standard gate opening time for Members is 10.30am. The gate opening times during the Channel Seven Brisbane Racing Carnival will be available on our website a week out from each day.

Responsible Gambling

Brisbane Racing Club is committed to ethical and responsible behavior to minimise the harm associated with problem gambling. For further information you can contact the gambling helpline on 1800 858 858 available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Member Carparks

Doomben: Brisbane Racing Club Member car parking is available via Gate 5 (Hampden Street) Doomben Racecourse. Alternatively parking is also available on the infield for Members via Gate 2 (Nudgee Road). Disabled parking is located within the Gate 5 car park (vehicles must display a valid accessible parking permit).

Eagle Farm: Brisbane Racing Club Member car parking is available on the corner of Lancaster Road and Magill Avenue. Disabled parking is accessible off Lancaster Road, via McGill Avenue (vehicles must display a valid accessible parking permit).
