The Place Ascot Fashions on the Field for Ladbrokes Stradbroke Season 2026 will once again raise the style stakes across three days of the carnival: Sky Racing Derby Day (May 30), Seven Oaks Day (June 6), and Ladbrokes Stradbroke Day (June 13).

Place Ascot returns as the Fashions on the Field presenting partner for a second year, with co-directors Patrick McKinnon and Drew Davies joining the judging panel each week. Leading fashion brands Sacha Drake and Kidman join the line-up as fashion partners, lending their style expertise to the hottest racing fashion competition in the state.

Each day, a fresh panel of industry judges will select the top three best dressed, with more than $30,000 in luxury prizes to be won.

The Fashion Queensland team is again at the helm, awarding 1st, 2nd and 3rd place each day of competition, in addition to a new category for Seven Oaks Day, which coincides this year with Queensland Day. A special additional prize will be awarded to the entrant with the best touch of maroon in celebration.

Sky Racing Derby Day: Black and white, with prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place
Seven Oaks Day: Feminine and floral, with soft pastel colours, and prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, plus a new category prize for the best touch of maroon, celebrating Queensland Day
Ladbrokes Stradbroke Day: Black and white with a touch of red, with prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place
