Registration Details - Wednesday Racedays
1. Register online before 12pm Tuesday before the Wednesday raceday using the below form.
2. Bookings will be allocated first in, first served until all spaces are filled.
3. Your booking will be confirmed via email by 5pm Tuesday before the Wednesday raceday.
4. Members are permitted to register themselves and 1 guest to attend. You must provide the Guests details as per the COVID-19 Safe Plan regulations.
5. Completing the registration form does not guarantee access to the race meeting.
6. Due to limited spaces and a capacity of 20 people per area, you will be assigned a room on course. You will only be able to access your allocated area on the day.
7. Please bring your Membership Card, ID and confirmation of your booking on the raceday (phone display is acceptable). You will be given a wristband for your designated area.
8. All access on the day will be through Gate 5 (Hampden Street). Limited parking will be available at Gate 5. Strictly NO infield parking available. Public transport or drop offs are encouraged.
9. Access around the racecourse will be restricted. You will be required to go directly to and from your area upon arrival and departure.
10. Do not attend the raceday unless you receive the confirmation email and have a confirmed booking.
11. Registrations are valid for Current BRC Members (Full Members, Perpetual Members, 35 Years’ Service Members, Young Members and Life Members).
Please Note
1. If you are feeling unwell, do not attend the race meeting.
2. Attendees may be temperature checked on arrival.
3. EFTPOS payments are encouraged for food & beverage purchases. There will be no ATM facilities available.
4. There will be no wagering terminals or bookies on course. Please download the TAB App on Android or iPhone.
5. All patrons must adhere to strict COVID-19 social distancing policies in line with our COVID-19 plan. Any patron that does not adhere to these policies will be asked to leave the racecourse.
