BRC Welcomes New Senior Manager Membership and Ticketing

Kylie Hannah, the recently appointed BRC Senior Manager Membership and Ticketing, is both “excited and confident” about the opportunities she sees in her new role with the Club.

After twenty years working within the tourism industry, Kylie’s position at the BRC takes her down a radical professional change.

For the past three years, Kylie has been Regional Sales Manager, Queensland for Qantas based in Brisbane but servicing regions right across the state.

“I started at the BRC on November 15 and my first weeks have been fantastic! I have attended quite a few race meetings at Eagle Farm and Doomben over the years with my husband Tim, who is quite keen on racing,’’ she said.

“But now I’ve seen how the business runs internally I can say it’s really exciting time to have joined the club in a professional sense. I can see how loyal and passionate BRC Members are.”

“I think the BRC staff have the events side of the business humming along beautifully. The office staff have been very welcoming. It is a friendly work atmosphere and I have noticed great teamwork across the different sections.’’

Kylie and Tim live at Carina with their three daughters – Taylah, 9, Isabella, 4, and Eva, 1.

Originally from the Gold Coast, Kylie completed her education including a tourism course, she then moved to Brisbane in 2000 to begin her career working as a travel agent before moving across to Virgin Blue, Virgin Australia and then Qantas.

Kylie joins former Qantas colleague Elsa Dalessio, the General Manager Marketing, Membership and Strategic Partnerships in her new role. The pair are delighted to be once again working together, this time in a new adventure for both!
