Buy a raffle ticket to help charities during Stradbroke Season presented by TAB

Brisbane Racing Club is proud to be partnering with a range of charities to help them raise much-needed funds during 2022 Stradbroke Season presented by TAB.

BRC will host a 50:50 Charity Raffle on each of the six Stradbroke Season racedays, starting this Saturday (30 April) at Treasury Brisbane Queensland Guineas Day at Eagle Farm.

Under the 50:50 Charity Raffle system, everyone who buys a ticket has a chance to win 50 percent of the prize pool, with the other 50 percent going to the charity. So, the more tickets that are sold, the greater the prize to be won by one lucky buyer and the greater the funds raised for charity.

Raffle ticket sellers in their distinctive bright green aprons will be out and about at Eagle Farm and Doomben Racecourses at each Stradbroke Season race meeting and tickets can also be bought online from the Monday in the week leading up to each raceday.

BRC is committed to supporting the community, charity organisations and local groups across Queensland through fundraising, donations, community partnerships and event and promotional support. The BRC Foundation was established in November 2018 as a formal initiative to ensure that the Club continues to make a positive, lasting difference.

The 2022 Stradbroke Season 50:50 Charity Raffle beneficiaries are:

  • Children’s Hospital Foundation, Treasury Brisbane Queensland Guineas Day, this Saturday. The Foundation is committed to ensuring that children who are ill have the best possible health care, with access to world-class research and clinical treatment.
