The incredible museums the Brisbane Racing Club has on course at both Doomben and Eagle Farm racecourses, which are staffed by enthusiastic volunteers from the Thoroughbred Racing History Association, showcase historical events dating back to the 1800s and capture the true history of thoroughbred racing.

This interview with Peter Howard includes stories on the Eagle Farm Julius Totalisator (Tote), Tulloch's 1961 Brisbane Cup, the 1862 Drayton Cup and the 1971 Stradbroke Handicap won by Rajah Sahib.

Thoroughbred Racing History Association is a not-for-profit organisation established to preserve the history of the thoroughbred industry for the general public and industry participants.
