Stradbroke Season 2022 presented by TAB on sale now
Brisbane Racing Club has today announced tickets and race day packages for Queensland’s most celebrated racing carnival, Stradbroke Season 2022 presented by TAB are on sale now!
Racegoers will be treated to six of Queensland’s most prestigious race days from 30 April to 11 June 2022, showcasing the best of Australia’s thoroughbred horse racing, premium dining, and all of the remarkable experiences you would expect.
Stradbroke Season presented by TAB is where the stars of tomorrow are born and established topliners come to further their reputations.
With a recent boost in prizemoney, there is more than $15 million in riches on the line this Stradbroke Season presented by TAB, with seven Group 1 events among 24 Group races and a strong supporting black-type program.
The feature race days are:
- 30 April - Queensland Guineas Day, Eagle Farm Racecourse
- 14 May – Doomben 10,000 Day, Doomben Racecourse
- 21 May – Doomben Cup Day, Doomben Racecourse
- 28 May – Derby Day, Eagle Farm Racecourse
- 4 June – Oaks Day, Eagle Farm Racecourse
- 11 June – Stradbroke Day, Eagle Farm Racecourse
Brisbane Racing Club (BRC) Chief Executive Officer, Tony Partridge, said the annual carnival has always showcased the best of Australia’s thoroughbred racing, drawing established turf stars from across the globe.
“Queensland racing is stronger than ever. Following the success of Stradbroke Season 2021 graduates all eyes return to Brisbane with a sense of anticipation” Mr Partridge said.
“Six individual horses won Group 1 races during the Sydney and Melbourne Spring carnivals, the likes of Incentivise, Zaaki and Private Eye have shown Brisbane is the destination to witness the very best of Australian racing,”
There is something for everyone during Stradbroke Season presented by TAB. Vibrant hospitality functions during the racing carnival range from traditional grandstand and lawn picnics to innovative fine dining and exclusive cocktail events.

First release tickets for Stradbroke Season 2022 presented by TAB, are now on sale at brc.com.au. Further information about second release tickets for Stradbroke Season which will feature additional options will go on sale in the coming weeks. Racegoers are encouraged to book early to not miss the racing carnival of the year.
