TAB Thoroughbred Race Meetings Scheduled for Saturday 27 October abandoned

Racing Queensland confirms, in accordance with its minimum race fields policy, that race meetings scheduled for Brisbane Racing Club, Gold Coast Turf Club, Toowoomba Turf Club and Townsville Turf Club on Saturday 27 October 2018 have been abandoned.

In light of Racing Queensland confirming there will be no racing at Doomben on Cox Plate Day, we will be running a phantom meet for this Raceday. The events and packages will still go ahead with extra big screens in place to ensure you don’t miss the mighty mare WINX race in Melbourne and all the interstate racing with Tote facilities open for betting.

We are hopeful that the Government will be able to resolve the matter before Melbourne Cup Day. We should have a more definitive answer shortly and will communicate this via social media, our website and email to all ticket purchasers.
