- Racecourse admission and entry to the Ascot Enclosure precinct for each guest
- Private trackside furnished with cocktail style furniture and outdoor courtyard with garden furniture and umbrella/s
- Private bar and waitstaff at your service throughout the day
- Gourmet cocktail food menu and beverages available
- Private tote (TAB) operator within space
- Racebooks (1 for every 2 guests), pedestal fan and television screen for interstate racing
