Details on How to Claim Tickets

1. Your Trainer/Managing Owner will be contacted and offered 2 tickets per horse.
2. Please contact your Trainer/Managing Owner to request the use of the tickets. Ticket requests must be submitted by 5pm Wednesday 1 July. 
3. Once all tickets are allocated, additional tickets may be requested. Of these requests, Owners that are also BRC Members will be prioritised. Your Trainer/Managing Owner must request these on your behalf by emailing owners@brc.com.au. 
4. Your tickets and wristband for your allocated area will be available for collection on the day only. 
5. Due to limited spaces and a capacity of 20 people per area, you will be assigned a room on course. You cannot move between rooms. 
6. Please bring your ID and confirmation of your booking on the raceday (phone display is acceptable).
7. Access around the racecourse will be restricted. You will be required to go directly to and from your area upon arrival and departure. 
8. Do not attend the raceday unless you receive the confirmation email and have a confirmed booking.

Group Bookings

1. There is limited availability for group bookings. To enquire, please email sales@brc.com.au. Bookings enquiries must be submitted before 12pm Thursday. 
2. Spaces range from 5 - 20 pax. Minimum spend of $152.50 pp includes private space, food and a racebook per guest. Beverages not included in price. 

Please Note
1. If you are feeling unwell, do not attend the race meeting.
2. Attendees may be temperature checked on arrival.
3. EFTPOS payments are encouraged for food & beverage purchases. There will be no ATM facilities available.
4. There will be no wagering terminals or bookies on course. Please download the TAB App on Android or iPhone. 
5. There will be no access for Owners to the Mounting Yard, Stables or Winning Enclosure. 
5. All patrons must adhere to strict COVID-19 social distancing policies in line with our COVID-19 plan. Any patron that does not adhere to these policies will be asked to leave the racecourse.
