The Tote Room
The largest of our sit down wedding spaces is heritage listed and filled with old world charm. Built in 1913, The Tote room offers a banquet hall complete with 18 foot ceilings, natural worn brick walls and polished timber floors. The Tote’s most unique features are the original tote windows, once used by punters placing their bets.
The sheer space of this room lends to both cocktail style and seated wedding receptions. The added benefit of an outdoor deck is perfectly suited to entertaining wedding guests for arrival beverages and canapés. The Tote room caters for 60-160 guests sit-down or 300 people cocktail style.
The Ascot Bar
The Ascot Bar is recently renovated luxurious and intimate reception venue featuring a dining space and panoramic views of the race track. This space oozes sophistication and the dark furniture, champagne and gold accents, prime trackside viewing and proximity to the big screen make it the perfect spot for unique weddings. The warm and comfortable atmosphere makes it perfectly suited to accommodate up to 120 people sit-down or 260 people cocktail style.
The Society Rooftop
Tucked within Eagle Farm’s oldest grandstand lies a secret reception venue – The Society Rooftop. Built in 1889 and recently renovated in 2017, The Society Rooftop is a vibrant reception venue with a stunning indoor space and large deck overlooking the racecourse. Indoors, the bar features polished wooden floors and contemporary lounge furnishings. The rooftop features a gorgeous pergola, festoon lighting and a relaxed atmosphere amongst the fig tree treetops and brilliant views of the track.
Ideal for cocktail style wedding reception events (up to 150 people), this reception venue also ideal for small sit down weddings (maximum of 50 people).
