Eagle Farm - 2b Precinct - Queensland Horse Racing Museum & Entry Upgrades

As the first stage of the Eagle Farm Spectator Redevelopment Precinct, this project delivered key infrastructure and public realm improvements that support the future transformation of Eagle Farm Racecourse.

Located within the ground floor of the Queensland Horse Racing Museum, the redevelopment introduced a renewed arrival experience for patrons, members and visitors, celebrating Queensland’s racing history through curated memorabilia displays and improved public spaces.

The upgraded entry plaza enhances accessibility, wayfinding and connectivity across the precinct, creating a more welcoming and functional environment for both race day and year round use.

Critical electrical infrastructure upgrades were also delivered across the precinct, improving reliability and supporting future redevelopment opportunities throughout Eagle Farm.

As part of the long term vision for the precinct, Brisbane Racing Club administration operations were successfully relocated to the Tote Building, enabling future track-facing hospitality and event opportunities within the Paddock Stand redevelopment.
