Access and Use Request

Anyone, other than SKY Channel, who would like to take pictures (other than customers for personal use), video recordings or conduct interviews at a race day at either Doomben or Eagle Farm must complete an Access and Use Request Form.

Completion of the request form is required for all businesses, racing authorities, agencies, media organisations and any other parties requesting access to Doomben and Eagle Farm racetracks and associated businesses including training centres, residential facilities, shopping centre and other entities owned by the Brisbane Racing Club.

Applicants must fill out the below form at least 48 hours in advance to allow for approval consideration. BRC must protect its commercial interests including the media rights sold to SKY Channel at all times and reserves the right to refuse a request.

Breaking stories and time sensitive access will be considered by the Chief Executive Officer.

Individuals arriving day-of-event will not have guaranteed access.

An email or other written correspondence from BRC confirming approval will act as permission to access Eagle Farm or Doomben for the purpose requested.

Should your request be approved, it is done so on the proviso of the information provided, if there is a change in any of the above information, approval must be sought from the Brisbane Racing Club prior to distribution.
