The Brisbane Racing Club is deeply saddened by the passing of former long-serving Eagle Farm racecourse manager & starter Alan Shuck. Shuck, 83, passed on Thursday morning after a short illness.
When Fred Best Classic fancy The Odyssey was beaten at the Gold Coast last start rider Stephanie Thornton feared she would lose the ride on the star colt.
